What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free world wide.
Why is the colour of the print not exactly the colour on my screen?
Due to different screens and colour spaces of different devices, the colours of the print may vary and will not exactly match the ones on your screen.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take about 2 days to be delivered by our logistic partner in the USA. However, shipping times can vary and also be longer in certain cases. Do bear in mind that processing times of 1-3 business days are counted separately, and must be added to the shipping times to get the total time taken to receive your order.
Can I change/cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it after 5 hours due to the fact that production starts early after your order placement. Thus, if you like to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Which payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. As such, please kindly check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to check that your order has gone through.
Can I return an item?
In general, we do not offer returns, since the products of yourmap.io are specially customized and crafted for you. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email about your issue and we will try to find a solution that works for both sides. What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most of the countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop-down at the checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.
